FAQs
C.I.S Mortgage

I don't have 1yrs tax returns, can I still get a mortgage?

If your Book Keeper/Accountant is telling you to hold onto your receipts until your tax return which leaves you delaying buying your own home. We only need 3-6mths payslips, not 1yr Tax Return.

My credit profile isn't that good, can you still help?

You're not alone. It doesn't matter if you have some credit blips in the past, we know which lenders to approach based on your circumstances.

What size of a deposit do I need?

It’s possible you'll only need as low 5% deposit. You know the saying, the more deposit, the better the interest rate will be.

Why payslips and not my 1st Year Tax Return?

Your Gross payslips will be used to calculate on what you could borrow, not your Net for Tax Returns. This gives you more borrowing power. Ask your accountant to contact Rockstar Mortgages as other Construction Workers could be told the same story as you. We help CIS Workers.
