ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

Once we have assessed your circumstances, and we’ve explained the process involved, not to mention the after-service. We reach out to you annually or before/after, and certainly at least 6 months before your current mortgage deal ends. We aim to save you money or make it and certainly not waste it.

 

FAIR VALUE

Our service fee is not hidden, it’s explained during our initial discussion and is clearly shown on our Welcome Pack. Our fee is professionalism from the moment we represent you. It’s one of your biggest financial commitments to make during your lifetime, a service fee that’s worth it with quality advice.

COMMISSION

Once we represent you and completed your mortgage application with us, we do receive a procuration fee from the lender and/or insurance provider. This is clearly shown in all illustrations given and explained to you.

From time to time, we will reach out to you, if there are any changes in your life that may have happened (good or bad), or maybe a new family member has arrived, or change of job or wish to buy another home. We’re here to help, it’s what Rockstar Mortgages does best. That’s why we have a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ giving you the assurance of quality advice from a fully registered and qualified staff.
